Season 6 Promises to Be the Biggest Yet

"Cobra Kai will be back for a 6th and final season on Netflix," announced executive producers Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg in a letter to fans. "We can't wait to show you what we have in store for you." Cobra Kai is an American martial arts comedy-drama television series and a sequel to the original The Karate Kid films. The series, created by Robert Mark Kamen, follows Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), two former rivals who reopen their karate dojos in the same town, reigniting their old West Valley rivalries.

The upcoming sixth season will conclude the story of Cobra Kai. According to the executive producers, it will be the biggest season yet. "This season will be a wild ride, full of action, humor, and heart," they wrote. "We're so grateful to our fans for their support, and we can't wait to share the final chapter with you."

Cobra Kai stars Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Courtney Henggeler, Xolo Maridueña, and Martin Kove. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and Overbrook Entertainment. It premiered on YouTube Red in 2018 before moving to Netflix in 2020.
